The Massage Side

Bringing calm, healing, and support to you.

Healing Starts Here

You carry a lot. Your family, your clients, your community. But who helps you when you’re at your wits end? Heyo. I’m Kat and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist (LMT) since 2012.

Welcome to the Massage Side of Kat Walden Works LLC.

This is where you come to seek out rest – and more than just sleep. Massage and healing touch is designed to support the nervous system, relieve chronic stress and help you come home to the body that needs you.

Whether you need an on-site chair massage at your place of business, a full table massage in the comfort of your own home, I bring professional, compassionate care to you.

Massage that meets you where you are – literally.

As an LMT with a background in client tailored bodywork, I specialize in creating centering, consent-based spaced for caregivers, professionals, parents, and anyone who gives an ounce more than they receive.

My mobile massage services include table and chair options, completely customized to your needs.

If you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from burnout, or simply seeking a safe place to relax, I’m here to help. While I am located in Epping, NH, I travel throughout New Hampshire, offering restorative 1-hour and 90 minute sessions that prioritize your needs and deep relaxation.

The Massage Therapist

My name is Kat Walden

Good day to you friend! I’m glad you’re here. I’ve got a bottle of cold water for you so, pull up a nice comfy chair and let’s talk.

I’m sure you’re wondering how massage fits into all the storytelling and copywriting thing. Let me tell you a story.

Once upon a time, there was a girl who wanted nothing more than to help people. She’d always been a fantasy nerd with an eye for detail. She learned to read people at an early age and thrived when she made them feel better.

That girl was me. I have always had a talent to read peoples pain points within their bodies. I started back in high school and it was my first career. So how’s that help you?

Throughout the course of time I’ve grown my toolbelt as a massage therapist. With all this experience, I’ve learned to tailor each session to my clients. That includes you friend.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Book With You?

If you can’t find a open slot after clicking the Book Now option, I likely have nothing open. That doesn’t mean you can’t get in with me though. I would recommend reaching out via the Contact Section to see if we can find a time that works for everyone.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

I accept Cash or Credit Card. I cannot process insurance cards.

Are Tips Included In Your Pricing?

No. The prices you see listed are simply the price of my work for the time allotted. Tips and gratuity are much appreciated but not necessary.

If you’re coming to me can you use my lotion/oils?

Unfortunately no. I have allergies to certain oils, both scent based and standard oil or lotions. What I use is Hoba Care. I’m not an affiliate, I just want you to know what I use and where I get it from. :D

If you have an allergy to Hoba Care products then let me know and we can work out a next best solution.

What Types of Massage Do You Offer?

As a rule I tailor each session to your personal needs. No cookie cutter spa massages from me! My techniques include, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Range of Motion stretching, Pin and Stretch techniques, and occasionally trigger point.

While I’m trained in cupping, cranial sacral, and trigger point therapies, I don’t travel with cups and much prefer not to use cranial sacral and trigger point as often.

How Much Space Do You Need For a Massage?

A chair massage and a table massage have different requirements for space. A chair massage can be done in as little as a 6 foot by 6 foot square. A table however requires a bit more space.

For me to work on you to the best of my abilities on a table, I need at least an 8 foot by 10 foot space. This allows me to be able to maneuver and gain the leverage I need for deeper tissues or range of motion techniques.

Do You Offer Gift Cards or Holiday Pricing?

No. I do not offer discounts or gift cards and have no intent to for the foreseeable future.
